Preparation

  3. Stir in the flaxseed mixture, applesauce, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until fully combined, ensuring all dry ingredients are incorporated.
  4. Sprinkle some brown sugar on top of the batter and swirl it in.
Cooking
  1. Microwave the cake on high for 1-2 minutes, checking frequently to prevent overcooking.
