Preparation
- Peel and Cut the Mangoes into Small Cubes. Wash the mangoes, cut off the top and bottom, then slice down the sides to remove the flesh from the pit into small cubes.
- In a Glass or Bowl, Add Half of the Greek Yogurt as the Base. Spoon half the yogurt into a glass or bowl.
- Layer Half of the Diced Mangoes Over the Yogurt. Place half the mango cubes on top of the yogurt.
- Drizzle Honey Over the Mango Layer. Drizzle honey over the mangoes.
- Sprinkle Half of the Granola and Chopped Nuts on Top. Add half the granola and chopped nuts.
- Repeat Layers with the Remaining Yogurt, Mangoes, Honey, Granola, and Nuts. Continue layering the remaining ingredients.
- Top with Chia Seeds and Garnish with Fresh Mint Leaves. Serve Immediately.

Store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 1-2 days. Layer granola on top if preparing in advance to maintain crunch.
