- Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, salt, and minced garlic. Stir until smooth.
- Separate the egg yolks from the whites, placing yolks in the ricotta mixture and mixing well.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the ricotta mixture without deflating.
- Line your baking sheets with parchment paper and drop the mixture onto the sheets, forming round shapes.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Allow the bread to cool slightly before serving.
