  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy.
  2. Allow the bacon to cool slightly before crumbling it and reserving the drippings.
  3. In the same skillet, add the grass-fed beef seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until fully browned.
  4. Break the meat into smaller pieces for even browning.
Assembly
  1. In serving bowls, layer the torn lettuce, cooked beef, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and diced red onion.
  2. Serve warm with a side of baked sweet potato fries.
  3. Drizzle fries with olive oil or lemon juice for added flavor.
