Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, melted butter, chopped pecans, and granulated sugar. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and bake for about 20 minutes, until golden brown.
- In another bowl, beat together softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, then spread over the cooled crust.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together instant lemon pudding mix and milk until thickened, then layer over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread whipped topping over the lemon pudding.
- Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving to allow the layers to set.
