Preparation
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (between 375°F to 450°F).
- Combine olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Add cubed chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. Let marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers, leaving space between pieces.
Cooking
- Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
