Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add the diced onions and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix in mayonnaise and mustard until well combined.
- On the slider buns, layer the cooked beef and top with cheese.
- Place sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are toasted.
- Serve warm.
