Preparation
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and add the linguine, stirring occasionally, until al dente.
Cooking
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Add cherry tomatoes and white wine; simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the skillet with the shrimp mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
