Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge chicken breasts in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden on both sides.
  2. Transfer chicken to a baking dish, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked through.
