  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced Fresh garlic yields the best flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, grated Fresh ginger is recommended.
  • 1 tsp Pepper Adjust based on taste.
  • 2 scallions Green onions, chopped for garnish
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds, for garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place Chicken Breasts in the Crockpot.
  2. Mix the Teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  2. After cooking, shred the chicken in the crockpot with two forks.
Serving
  1. Serve over rice or in lettuce wraps, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
