Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the gluten-free lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine ricotta cheese, the egg (if using), oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a layer of marinara sauce at the bottom.
Assembly
- Layer noodles, followed by the ricotta mixture, and then a layer of mozzarella cheese. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with marinara sauce and topping with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10-15 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden.
