Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Individually dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place the battered cauliflower on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray the coated cauliflower with olive oil.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cauliflower is golden brown and crispy.
Saucing
- In a separate bowl, combine the hot sauce with melted butter (if using).
- Once the cauliflower is cooked, toss it in the hot sauce mixture until fully coated.
- Place the sauced cauliflower back in the oven for another 10 minutes.
- For extra crunch, use the broiler setting for the last few minutes of baking.
Serving
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
