  • 2 cups water For cooking the rice.

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese Softened for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise Adds creaminess.
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce Spicy element, adjust to taste.
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce For added flavor.
For Garnish
  • 1 avocado Sliced for garnish.
  • 2 green onions Chopped for garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds For a crunchy finish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the sushi rice in a fine-mesh strainer until the water runs clear.
  3. Combine the rinsed rice and 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes.
  4. In a medium bowl, mix softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce until smooth.
Assembly
  1. Spread the cooked rice evenly in a baking dish.
  2. Layer the cubed spicy salmon over the rice.
  3. Spread the cream mixture over the salmon.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until heated through.
  2. Garnish with sliced avocado, chopped green onions, and sesame seeds before serving.
