Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Dredge each cutlet in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. Place the breaded cutlets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
  1. Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over each cutlet.
  3. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
  4. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Serve with spaghetti if desired.
