Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken cutlets with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Dredge each cutlet in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- Place the breaded cutlets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
Cooking
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and spoon marinara sauce over each cutlet.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan cheese.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve with spaghetti if desired.
