Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped Honeycrisp apples and broccoli florets.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the apple and broccoli mixture and toss until well coated.
