5-Minute Broccoli Soup

| 1 | x | Frozen chopped broccoli, 10 |
| 1 1/2 | tbl | Butter |
| 3 | tbl | Onion, finely chopped |
| 2 | tbl | Flour |
| 2 1/2 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Grated white cheddar cheese |
| 1 | tbl | flour |
| 1 | pch | Cayenne pepper, to taste |
| 1/8 | tsp | Nutmeg |
How to cook :
Preparation Time: 0:05 Cook broccoliaccording to pkg directions, but omit salt and add onion.
In a large saucepan over medium high heat, melt butter, cook 1 minute.
Add the 2 tbsp flour, whisk 1 min.
Slowly whisk in milk and salt until smooth and boiling.
Add broccoli and grated cheese, continue to whisk.
Bring to a boil. Season with cayenne and nutmeg if desired.
