Artichoke Surprise Salad

| One, (6 ounce) jar marinated artichoke | ||
| Hearts | ||
| 1 | sm | Head romaine lettuce, torn |
| 2 | tbl | Roasted red peppers, julienned |
| 1 | bn | , bean or alfalfa sprouts |
| 1/2 | cup | Slivered almonds |
| 1/2 | cup | Water chestnuts |
| 3 | x | Radishes, sliced in thin |
| Circlets | ||
| 2 | x | Green onions, finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
| 1 1/2 | tbl | White wine vinegar |
| 1 | tbl | Salad oil |
| Pepper to taster, freshly ground | ||
| 1/4 | tsp | Sugar |
| 1 | sm | Garlic clove, crushed |
How to cook :
Drain artichokes, reserving the marinade.
In a bowl, combine artichokes, lettuce, red peppers, sprouts, almonds, water chestnuts, radish, onion & cheese.
Set aside. In a jar w/ a tight fitting lid, combine the rest of the artichoke marinade, vinegar, oil, pepper, sugar & garlic.
Cover & shake well. Pour dressing over salad.
Toss to mix & serve.
Approximately 6 minutes.
