$100 Chocolate Cake

| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tsp | Baking soda |
| 4 | tbl | Cocoa |
| 1 | cup | Miracle Whip(r) light |
| 1 | cup | Cold water |
| 1/2 | tsp | Vanilla |
How to cook :
Add all ingredients as listed.
Beat until well mixed.
Bake in greased 9-inch layer cake pans for 30 minutes at 350 degrees, or until cake springs back when touched.
