7-Up Cake

| 1 | box | yellow cake mix |
| 1 | box | instant pudding, vanilla or pineapple |
| 4 | x | Eggs |
| 3/4 | cup | Oil |
| 1 | can | (10 oz) or 1 1/4 c. 7-Up |
| PINEAPPLE ICING | ||
| 2 | x | Eggs |
| 1 1/2 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tbl | Flour |
| 1 | stk | melted margarine |
| 1 | cup | Crushed pineapple including juice |
| 1 1/4 | cup | Coconut |
How to cook :
Beat first four ingredients until light and fluffy.
Add 7-Up and beat well.
Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan.
Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
While cake is baking, make Pineapple icing: Blend first five ingredients and cook until thick, then add coconut.
Frost cake while it is still warm.
