7 Up Bundt Cake
| Ingredients : | ||
|---|---|---|
| 1 1/2 | cup | Margarine or butter |
| 3 | cup | Sugar |
| 5 | x | Eggs |
| 3 | cup | Flour |
| 2 | tbl | Lemon extract |
| 3/4 | cup | 7-up |
How to cook :
Cream sugar and shortening until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition.
Add flour. Beat in lemon extract and 7-Up.
Pour batter into well greased and floured bundt pan.
Bake at 325 . for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes on wire rack before moving from pan.
