5-Bean Soup

| 4 | x | Cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | med | Onion, diced |
| 3 | x | Celery stalks, diced |
| 2 | x | Carrots, diced |
| 1 | med | Potato, diced |
| 1/4 | cup | Barley |
| 4 | cup | Water |
| 1 | x | Bay leaf |
| 15 | oz | Can EDEN Pinto Beans |
| 15 | oz | Can EDEN Black Beans |
| Can EDEN Kidney Beans | ||
| Can EDEN Navy Beans | ||
| Can EDEN Aduki Beans | ||
| 1 | cup | Corn, fresh or frozen |
| 2 | cup | EDEN Spaghetti Sauce |
| 1/4 | cup | EDEN Shoyu (or more, to taste) |
| 1 | tsp | Dried oregano |
| 1 | tsp | Dried basil |
How to cook :
Heat oil and saute garlic and onion until onion is translucent.
Add celery, carrots, potato, barley and water.
Simmer 30 minutes. Add beans, corn, spaghetti sauce, shoyu, and herbs.
Simmer 5-10 minutes.
Serve.Great the next day!.
