Angel Food Pie   

Ingredients :
1 1/4	cup	sugar
1/4	cup	cornstarch
2	cup	boiling water
1	cup	crushed pineapple, drained
2	x	egg whites, beaten
		salt, to taste
		vanilla, to taste

How to cook :

Sift sugar, cornstarch and salt.
Add to hot water and boil till thick.
Pour over beaten egg whites and beat well.
Add pineapple and vanilla.
Pour in baked pie shell and top with whipped cream.
