24 Hour Coleslaw
| Ingredients : | ||
|---|---|---|
| 1 | head | Cabbage -- shredded |
| 1 | med | Green Pepper -- diced fine |
| 1 | sm | Onion -- chopped fine |
| 1/2 | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | tsp | Celery Salt |
| 1/2 | cup | Vinegar |
| 1/2 | cup | Vegetable Oil |
| 1 | tsp | Mustard |
| 1 | tsp | Salt |
How to cook :
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, pepper, onion, sugar and celery salt.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan; boil for 3 minutes and pour over first mixture while hot.
Cool and put in refrigerator for 24 hours before serving.
