20-Minute White Bean Chili

| 1 | cup | chopped onions |
| 1 | x | clove garlic minced |
| 1 | tbl | vegetable oil |
| 1 | lb | ground turkey |
| 1 | cup | chicken broth or lower sodium chicken |

| 1 | x | 14 1/2-ounce can stewed tomatoes |
| 1/3 | cup | Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard |
| 1 | tbl | chili powder |
| 1/8 | tsp | ground red pepper or more |
| 1 | x | 15-ounce can cannellini beans drained and rinsed |
| 1 | x | 8-ounce can corn drained |
| Tortilla chips | ||
| Shredded Cheddar cheese | ||
| Cilantro fresh, chopped, optional | ||
How to cook :
1. In 3-quart saucepan, over medium-high heat, sautee onions and garlic in oil until tender.
Add turkey; cook until done, stirring occasionally to break up meat.
Drain.2. Stir in chicken broth, tomatoes, mustard, chili powder and pepper.
Heat to a boil; reduce heat.
Simmer for 10 minutes.
Stir in beans and corn; cook for 5 minutes.
Top with tortilla chips, shredded cheese and cilantro if desired.
