20 Minute White Bean and Turkey Chili

| 1 | cup | onions chopped |
| 1 | x | clove minced |
| 1 | tbl | vegetable oil |
| 1 | lb | ground turkey |
| 1 | cup | chicken broth |
| 1/3 | cup | dijon mustard |
| 1 | tbl | chili powder |
| 1/8 | tsp | cayenne |
| 15 | oz | cannelini beans, cooked drained and rinsed |
| 8 | oz | corn drained |
How to cook :
In Dutch oven or stew pot, saute onions and garlic in oil till tender.
Add turkey; cook till done.
Drain off oil. Stir in broth, mustard, chili powder and cayenne.
Heat to boilling; reduec heat.
Stir in beans and corn; cook 5 minutes.
Top with tortilla chips, cilantro and shredded cheese if desired,NOTES : This is GREAT! Proportions of meat, beans & corn are flexible.
