2 Quick Bbq Sauces 
| Ingredients : | ||
|---|---|---|
| 1/2 | cup | Onion, chopped |
| 2 | tbl | Butter |
| 1/4 | cup | Brown sugar, packed |
| 1 | tbl | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1/8 | tsp | Tabasco sauce, to taste |
| 3 | cl | Garlic, minced |
| 1 | cup | Ketchup |
| 1/4 | cup | Lemon juice |
| 1 | tsp | Mustard |
How to cook :
In a small saucepan, cook onion and garlic in a butter until tender.
Add remaining ingredients , bring to boil.
Reduce heat, simmer uncovered 15 -20 min.
Use as a basting sauce for Pork, Chicken or Beef.
