2 Minute Chocolate Cake

| 4 | oz | self-raising flour |
| 4 | oz | castor sugar |
| 2 | x | level Tbs cocoa |
| 1 | pch | salt |
| 2 | oz | melted butter |
| 1/2 | cup | milk |
| 1 | x | egg |
| 1 | dsh | vanilla essence |
How to cook :
Place all ingredients into a basin in the above order.
Beat well for 2 minutes.
Pour into a greased 7" cake tin.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in moderate oven.
