Zuchini and Sausage Soup
| Ingredients : | ||

| 1 | lb | Zucchini, sliced |
| 1 | cup | Celery, chopped |
| 1 | x | Onion, chopped |
| 1/2 | lb | Sausage |
| 1/2 | tsp | Oregano |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| 1/2 | tsp | Basil |
| 2 | x | Cloves garlic, minced |
| 1 | x | Green pepper, chopped |
| 28 | oz | Tomatoes |
How to cook :
Brown the sausage, remove from skillet.
Add garlic, celery, onion, zucchini and gr pepper.
Saute lightly, about 3 minutes.
Add sausage, seasonings and tomatoes.
Simmer, covered for 30 minutes.
If soup becomes to thick, add chicken stock.
