| 1/2 | cup | avocado diced |
| 1/2 | cup | red onion diced |
| 1/2 | cup | cucumber peel and dice |
| 1/2 | tsp | cumin or to taste |
| 2 | tbl | Italian parsley minced |
| 1 | tbl | fresh oregano minced |
| 2 | tbl | balsamic vinegar |
| 1 | tbl | lime juice |
| Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste | ||
How to cook :
Combine everything in a bowl, adding tobacco, salt and pepper to taste.
