Whiskey Swizzle   

Ingredients :
1	x	juice of 1 Lime
1	tsp	Powdered Sugar
2	oz	Club Soda
2	dsh	Bitters
2	oz	Blended Whiskey

How to cook :

Put lime juice, sugar, and club soda into collins glass.
Fill glass with ice and stir.
Add bitters and whiskey.
Fill with club soda and serve with a swizzle stick.
