Wacky Cake

| 1 1/2 | cup | Flour, all-purpose |
| 1 | cup | Sugar, granulated |
| 1/4 | cup | Cocoa powder |
| 1 | tsp | Baking soda |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 1 | tbl | Vanilla |
| 1 | tbl | Vinegar |
| 1 | cup | Water |
| 1/3 | cup | Vegetable oil |
How to cook :
Makes one 8in square layer cake.
Double recipe for a double layer or 9x13.
1. Preheat oven to 350 Grease baking pan.
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
3. Pour into greased pan and bake for 30 minutes.
