Better Than Potato Salad

| 4 | cup | Cooked long grain rice |
| 8 | x | Radishes, slice |
| 4 | x | Eggs, hard-cook, chop |
| 1 | med | Cucumber, seed, chop |
| 2 | cup | Celery, slice thin |
| 1/2 | cup | Onion, chop |
| 1 1/2 | cup | Mayonnaise |
| 3 | tbl | Prepared mustard |
| 3/4 | tsp | Pepper |
How to cook :
In a large bowl, combine rice, radishes, eggs, cucumber, celery and onion.
Combine mayo, mustard and salt; mix well.
Pour over rice mixture and toss.
Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
