Bean Sprouts Salad

| 1 | cup | bean sprouts |
| 1 | cup | grated cabbage |
| 1/2 | cup | freshly grated coconut (use coconut flakes |
| soaked in water for 1/2 hour and drained if fresh coconut is not available) | ||
| 1 | tbl | roasted peanuts |
| 1 | tbl | sultanas |
| 1/2 | tsp | lime juice |
| 1 | x | green chili ground |
| 1/2 | tsp | cumin seeds |
| 2 | tbl | coriander leaves, finely chopped |
| 1 | tsp | oil |
| salt to taste | ||
How to cook :
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
When they splutter, add cabbage and bean sprouts.
Stir fry for a minute.
Cool. Add the remaining ingredients and serve immediately.
