| 1 | x | onion, chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cup | broccoli, chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cup | peppers, chopped |
| 1 1/2 | cup | mushrooms, chopped |
| 1/2 | cup | Kraft Greek with Feta and Oregano Dressing |
| 1 | x | few handfuls Kraft Greek Shreds |
How to cook :
POUR a little Kraft Greek Dressing in a medium-hot frying pan, add onion and cook until translucent.
CHOP vegetables, starting with the longest cooking ones first.
(broccoli, peppers then mushrooms) Add the broccoli to the pan, let cook while you chop the next, continue with each vegetable.
SEASON with remainder of dressing and top with a Greek Shreds.
TOSS with prepared pasta or rice.
