Alamo Cafe Fajita Dip (Marinade)

| 1 | stk | Margarine |
| 4 | tbl | lime juice |
| 2 | tbl | Worcestershire |
| 2 | tbl | soy sauce |
| 2 | tbl | water |
| 1/2 | x | -teaspoon salt |
| Juice of 1/2 a lemon | ||
| 1 | x | pod garlic, peeled and sliced (or minced) |
How to cook :
Mix and bring to a light boil in a saucepan.
Brush liberally on skirt steak or chicken breasts before and during cooking.
The meat does not need to soak in this marinade very long, we place it on for less than 30 minutes, just long enough to get the coals ready on the grill.
