Oriental Rice Pilaf

| 1/2 | cup | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | clv | garlic, finely minced |
| 1 | tbl | Sesame oil |
| 1 3/4 | cup | Beef broth |
| 1 | cup | Rice (uncooked) |
| 1 | tbl | Soy sauce, light |
| 1/4 | tsp | Red pepper, crushed |
| 1/3 | cup | Green onions (sliced) |
| 1/3 | cup | Red peppers (diced) |
| 2 | tbl | Sesame seeds |
How to cook :
Cook onion and garlic in oil in 2-to-3 quart saucepan over medium heat until onion is tender.
Add broth, rice, soy sauce, and pepper flakes.
Bring to a boil, stir once or twice.
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
Stir remaining ingredients into cooked rice, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
Fluff with fork.Makes 6 servings.
