Ajilimojili (Garlic and Pepper Sauce)   



Ingredients :
3xPeppers, red, hot, seeded
3xPeppers, bell, red, seeded
4xPeppercorns, white
4lrgGarlic cloves, peeled
2tspSalt
1/2cupLime juice
1/2cupOil, olive

How to cook :


Pound peppers, peppercorns, garlic and salt in a mortar, or chop in processor finely.
Transfer to a bowl and beat in lime juice and oil.
Served with suckling pig.
