Baked Chicken Rice Casserole

| 3 | x | -4 lb chicken, cut up |
| 2 | x | onions, chopped |
| 1 | x | green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | jar | pimento, diced |
| 3/4 | tsp | chili powder |
| 1/8 | tsp | dried red pepper |
| 1 | sm | jar stuffed green olives, drained |
| 2 | x | cloves garlic, minced |
| 2 | x | chicken bouillon cubes |
| 1 | cup | diced ham |
| 1 | can | tomatoes |
| 1 | cup | peas |
| 1 | tsp | salt |
| 1/2 | tsp | red pepper |
| 1 | tsp | paprika |
| 1 | cup | long grain rice |
How to cook :
Mix salt, pepper, and paprika together.
Season chicken with this mixture.
Put all ingredients except rice in Dutch oven.
Cover and cook at 300 for about 2-3 hours.
Add rice and cook at 375 for 1 hour.
Water may be needed near end of cooking.
