Avacado Dressing

| 1 | lrg | Ripe avacado |
| 1/2 | cup | Sour cream |
| 1/4 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | tbl | Grated onion |
| 1/2 | tsp | Salt |
| 2 | x | -(up to) |
| 3 | dsh | Garlic juice |
| 1/8 | tsp | Black pepper |
| 1 | tbl | Fresh lime juice |
How to cook :
Peel & cup up avacado.
Whirl in blender with milk & sour cream.
Add remaining ingredients & blend until smooth.
Place avacado seed in middle of dressing to avoid discoloration.
Seal tightly & chill before serving.
