Thai-Style Seafood Casserole with Basil   



Ingredients :
3ozdried mung bean thread noodles
3smDungeness crabs
1/2tspblack peppercorns
1tblchopped fresh coriander root
4xgarlic cloves
1tspsugar
1tblGolden Mountain sauce OR
soy sauce
1tbllight soy sauce OR
Thai fish sauce
2tspoyster sauce
1tblrice wine, or dry sherry
1tspAsian sesame oil
2tblvegetable oil
1x3 quarts slices ginger, crushed
4xred chilies, chopped into 1" piec
6ozmedium shrimp shelled,
4xgreen onions, chopped
1cupwater
1lbfresh fish filets, cut into 2" pieces
1/2cupThai sweet basil leaves
fresh coriander sprigs
