Dark Swiss Chocolate Bread with White Chocolate Chunks

| 1 pound: | ||
| 1/2 | cup | white chocolate chopped or chips |
| 1 1/2 | tsp | active dry yeast |
| 2 | cup | bread flour |
| 2 | tbl | powdered milk |
| 1/4 | cup | unsweetened cocoa powder |
| 1/4 | cup | sugar |
| 4 | tbl | unsalted butter |
| 1/2 | tsp | salt |
| 1 | x | egg |
| 3/4 | cup | water |
How to cook :
1.5 Pound:chopped white chocolate or chips 3/4 cup active dry yeast 2 1/4 tsp bread flour 3 cups powdered milk 3 TBS cocoa powder, unsweetened 1/3 cup sugar 1/3 cup unsalted butter 6 TBS salt 3/4 tsp egg 1 egg yolk 1 water 1 cup + 2 TBSFreeze chopped white chocolate or chips.
Add all ingredients except white chocolate according to your manufacturer's directions.
Process on normal bread cycle.
At beeper, add white chocolate.
NOTES : The recipe states, if you want a piece, bake it when the children are gone.
Perfect with cold milk and/or a dab of peanut butter.
