Swiss Cheese Sauce   



Ingredients :
3tblMargarine or. butter
3tblGold Medal all-purpose flour
1/4tspSalt Dash of pepper Dash of ground nutmeg
1lt/2 Cups milk
1/3cupDry white wine
1/2cupShredded Swiss cheese 6 ounces)

How to cook :


Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
Stir in milk and wine.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir I minute; remove from heat.
Stir in cheese until melted.
