Swiss Cheese Sauce

| 3 | tbl | Margarine or. butter |
| 3 | tbl | Gold Medal all-purpose flour |
| 1/4 | tsp | Salt Dash of pepper Dash of ground nutmeg |
| 1 | lt | /2 Cups milk |
| 1/3 | cup | Dry white wine |
| 1/2 | cup | Shredded Swiss cheese 6 ounces) |
How to cook :
Heat margarine in I l/2-quart saucepan until melted.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and nutmeg until blended.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until smooth and bubbly; remove from heat.
Stir in milk and wine.
Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
Boil and stir I minute; remove from heat.
Stir in cheese until melted.
