Nori Rolls   



Ingredients :
2cupCooked brown rice
1/2cupMung bean sprouts
1/2cupGrated carrot
1/2cupCucumber, finely diced
1/4cupDaikon radish
2tblFresh parsley
1tblTamari
1/2tblSoy "mayonnaise"
2tspLemon juice
3xFreshly chopped umeboshi plums
1tspDill weed
4shttoasted nori

How to cook :


Mix all but the nori sheets together.
Let the mixture sit one or more hours to absorb the flavors.
Set out the toasted nori sheets.
Place 3/4 cup filling on each sheet of toasted nori.
Roll tightly and cut into five slices.
